2. Services Offered
Tribu Kreative provides creative services including but not limited to:

• Commercial photography shoots

• Videography and video production

• Creative direction and art direction

• Post-production services (photo retouching, HDR processing, color grading, video editing)

• Content creation for digital and marketing use

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a written quotation, proposal, or agreement approved by the client.

3. Quotations, Booking & Confirmation

• All quotations are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal.

• A project is considered confirmed only upon written approval (email or signed agreement) and receipt of the required advance payment.

• Tribu Kreative reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if payment terms are not met.
   

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be stated in the official quotation or invoice.

• Unless otherwise agreed, an advance payment is required before any shoot or post-production work begins.

• Final deliverables will be released only after full payment is received.

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery, suspension of services, or additional administrative fees.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise, in compliance with UAE tax regulations.

5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

• Provide clear project objectives, creative direction, references, and technical requirements before commencement.

• Secure all necessary permits, permissions, and location approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Ensure availability of subjects, locations, and decision-makers at the agreed time.

• Review previews and provide consolidated feedback within the agreed revision period.

Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback may impact timelines and incur additional costs.

6. Creative Direction & Revisions

• Tribu Kreative works based on an agreed creative direction and scope.

• Revisions are limited to the number specified in the quotation.

• Requests outside the agreed scope, additional edits, or changes in direction after approval may be charged separately.

• Guesswork or undefined direction is not part of Tribu Kreative’s workflow; clear direction is required to proceed efficiently.
   

7. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith and may vary depending on project complexity, feedback turnaround, and external factors.

• Raw files are not included unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Tribu Kreative reserves the right to archive project files after delivery; long-term storage is not guaranteed.
   

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• All creative work remains the intellectual property of Tribu Kreative unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose (e.g. marketing, social media, website).

• Usage beyond the agreed scope, resale, or transfer to third parties requires written consent from Tribu Kreative.

• Tribu Kreative retains the right to display the work for portfolio, website, social media, awards, and self-promotion unless otherwise agreed.
   

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within a short notice period may incur fees to cover reserved time, crew, and resources.

• Tribu Kreative reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, illness, or safety concerns.
   

10. Force Majeure
Tribu Kreative shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Tribu Kreative will perform services with reasonable skill and care.

• Liability is limited to the value of the services paid for the specific project.

• Tribu Kreative shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business.
   

12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

13. Ethical Standards
Tribu Kreative is committed to ethical, respectful, and professional conduct. Discriminatory, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward the team will not be tolerated and may result in project termination.

14. Amendments
Tribu Kreative reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
